    Pizza Margherita

    老麵團  番茄CHEESE
    簡單組合每味無限

    (厚片的披薩麵皮試做)

    老麵400g

    高筋麵粉200g

    低筋麵粉80g

    30g

    10g

     

     

    1.老麵與所有麵粉揉勻至不黏手後,把油加入揉成團,靜置發麵至兩倍大(約三十分鐘)。

    2. 分割成小麵糰分別滾成圓球狀,鬆弛15分鐘。

    3.將麵糰桿成內薄外厚扁圓麵皮,(中央以叉子叉出洞)。

    4. 下鋪烘焙紙,烤200,烤約812分鐘(依麵皮的厚度而有所調整)。

    5.塗上醬汁、鋪料續烤5分鐘即可。(醬汁、餡料可參考網路,或以現有食材發揮均可。)

    pizza皮一定要加糖嗎?11F只有九層塔,紫蘇葉,韭菜和豐水梨...沒別的材料了
